Shipping locations

ReGleam Australia currently ships within Australia only.

We offer free standard shipping to most serviceable Australian postcodes.

Some remote or restricted postcodes may not be serviceable for certain products. If your postcode is not serviceable, we will contact you and cancel/refund the order if delivery cannot be arranged.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Delivery timeframe

Estimated delivery is approximately 5–10 business days, subject to supplier fulfilment, stock availability, courier availability and your location.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment has been received, but dispatch times may vary.

Delivery timeframes begin after the order has been dispatched, not from the time the order is placed.

We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or time.

Couriers and tracking

Orders may be shipped using a range of courier and postal services depending on the item, delivery address, item size, item weight and courier availability.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details where available.

If delivery is missed, the courier may:

  • Leave the parcel in a safe place where permitted.

  • Leave a card or notification with collection or redelivery instructions.

  • Take the parcel to a depot, post office or collection point.

Some courier services may not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address where possible.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

Once an order has been placed or dispatched, address changes may not always be possible.

If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us immediately at support@regleam.com.au. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will try to update the address. If the order has already been processed or dispatched, additional charges, delays or failed delivery may occur.

Delivery issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@regleam.com.au with your order number and we will investigate with the supplier or delivery partner.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy and contact us with photos or video of the issue and the original packaging.
