Refund policy
Change of mind returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a change of mind return.
To be eligible for a change of mind return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

All original packaging, accessories, manuals and tags must be intact.

You must contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping for change of mind returns is at the customer’s expense.
A restocking fee of 10% of the item price applies to approved change of mind returns. This restocking fee does not apply to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.
Change of mind returns are not accepted for items where the packaging has been opened, the item has been used, the item is not in resaleable condition, or for bulk purchases.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@regleam.com.au so we can assess the issue and help resolve it.
Please include:

A description of the fault, damage or issue.

Clear photos or video showing the issue and the original packaging.
Depending on the issue and your rights under Australian Consumer Law, we may arrange a repair, replacement, missing part, refund or another appropriate remedy.
Do not dispose of the item before your claim is finalised, as we may need photos, video, return of the item or further information to assess the issue.
Warranty and Australian Consumer Law
ReGleam products may include a supplier warranty. Any warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Delivery delays
Estimated delivery is approximately 5–10 business days, subject to supplier fulfilment, stock availability and your location.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@regleam.com.au and we will investigate with the supplier or delivery partner.
Refunds
If your return or claim is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider or payment provider.
For change of mind returns, approved refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, return the original item subject to this policy and place a new order.
